Jennifer Cooper
Founder, Fractional CMO
Jennifer Cooper is the Founder and Fractional CMO of Evolution Marketing with over 25 years of leadership in marketing, client service, and strategic growth in the homebuilding industry. A former C-suite executive, she excels at aligning boardroom vision with cross-functional execution to drive customer experience, product innovation, and market expansion. Jennifer has worked with Fortune 500 companies and builders of all sizes, earning recognition as NAHB’s National Marketing Professional of the Year for two consecutive years. Her background spans single-family, multi-family, restoration, non-profit, energy, and retirement sectors. She has been part of four major company acquisitions and brings an untamed passion for technology and home design, from new home product innovation to trending finishes. Today, she partners with builders and service providers across real estate and industries abroad as a trusted Fractional CMO. Jennifer mentors through the Denver HBA, frequently speaks across the industry, and has served on advisory boards for Zonda, Atlas RTX, Colorado Homebuilding Academy, and the Tennyson Center for Children. She was also a spokesperson for the St. Jude Dream Home in Denver.

Andrew Cooper
Co-Founder, CFO
Andrew brings a background in designing, planning, and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with the company's vision and goals. With over 20 years of experience in operations and finance, he has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence, driving sustainable growth, and minimizing losses. His career includes comprehensive time spent in national retail, working at the executive level with national top oil and gas producers, manufacturing, transportation logistics as well as supporting the startup and growth of Evoluton Marketing. Andrew is a former US Army Calvary Scout, enjoys travel abroad, and coaching junior league soccer for over 9 years, 15 seasons.

Julia has an over 22-year professional background leading marketing departments, including roles for several state and national real estate firms, an S&P 500 real estate investment trust, and founding two marketing firms. A fast-paced mind and multi-tasking nature, her greatest professional strength lies in the ability to maintain a big picture focus without neglecting an attention to detail. Skilled in marketing strategy and implementation, content creation, project management, and social media, Julia has worked for clients ranging from small businesses to multi-billion dollar organizations.

Her strong communication and account management skills have consistently driven impressive results. With outstanding organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Christina is passionate about cultivating strong relationships and establishing processes that lead to success at every level. She has a solid history of enhancing brand visibility and boosting lead generation, earning her a reputation as a reliable leader. A former collegiate softball player at the University of Louisville, Christina also enjoys coaching youth travel and high school softball teams. In her free time, she loves to vacation with her family in Montana, where they hike, ski, and enjoy the great outdoors.
